 | SFS Team Building through the game of Ultimate Frisbee is a program design for working adults to enhance corporate effectiveness and productivity. On top learning the basic skills of Ultimate Frisbee, participants will also enhance as character development (teamwork), physical development (speed and endurance) and leadership development (confidence and resilience).
