1 June 2010 SFS Ultimate Hope 2010 – Bali

Living up to SFS’s Mission – to Promote and Educate Ultimate Frisbee (even around Asia in the most remote places), on the 30th of March, couple of us went up to a rural school near Lovina beach, Bali and taught kids how to play Frisbee.

29 January 2010 SFS Ultimate 2010 and Beyond

As the year 2009 closes, it’s time to reflect on how the year has gone for SFS. It has been another fruitful year for SFS. As always, SFS was kept busy with conducting Frisbee Introduction Programs (FIP) at various primary and secondary schools. This year 25 schools, youth group and private organisations took up FIP with an estimated total of 3,000 students learning the basics and playing the game of Ultimate Frisbee.

11 September 2009 The Ultimate Future of Singapore

The morning of 30th May 2009 was unlike any other. Jurong West Stadium was beaming with participants who were excitedly but yet patiently waiting to test and pitch in their trained skills and techniques to the game they love the most: Ultimate Frisbee. Ultimate Frisbee is a special and unique game as it famously known for its "Spirit of the Game". Thus, the game demands respect and integrity from each player due to its self-officiating nature.

13 May 2009 Ultimate Starlight - Junior Ultimate Camp (3rd June)

Come join Australian-trained Ultimate Frisbee coach Uncle Ra and his team of young coaches, for some fun and learn some new skills of throwing, catching and playing the game of Ultimate Frisbee. 28 January 2009 The Growth of Ultimate Frisbee in Singapore Schools from 2003 - 2008

It's been a great 2008. This year, 30 schools (2400 participants) took up Frisbee Introduction Program (FIP). We've got schools from primary and all the way to Junior College level. Out of 30 schools, 12 schools regularly take up the FIP for the students. The others are trying out FIP for the first time. It's been 5 years since we launched FIP, with the aim to promote game of Ultimate Frisbee in schools and the public arena.

24 October 2008 Asian Beach Ultimate Championship 2008 (Singapore)

What can you expect when the beach frisbee maniacs get together over the weekend? ONE awesome weekend with lots of disc flying. 6 teams from asia came down to sentosa for the Asian Beach Ultimate Frisbee Championship. Boracay Dragon (Philipines), Goa (India), Freakshow (Singapore), BUMS (Singapore) and Loosing Daylight (All Stars).

8 April 2008 UiTM Ultimate Open UUO 08 (Malaysia)

Lions Roar again! Lions is the champions of the UUO 08 tournament!Lions A beat Wildcats B in the final 6-4 and was played in a muddy field and rain. The final was first postponded due to heavy rain and thunder after 11 minutes started. At the time, Lions A leading 3-0. After game started, Wildcats B get back their on the game and managed to catch up to 5-4 before Lions A score two more on the last minutes of the game. Before reached the final, Lions A also beat Wildcats A 9-5 after being lead 3-0 in first 3 minutes.Earlier in the group phase, Lions A has lose to Wildcats B 2-4.
